FULLY BOOKED - Kitchen Herb Pot - Half-Day Workshop (Thursday afternoon)

SORRY, THIS WORKSHOP IS NOW FULLY BOOKED. Make a simple container suitable for holding any of those pots of herbs you buy in the supermarket - so much nicer than a black plastic pot sitting on your kitchen windowsill! Woven from natural willow and using several traditional basketry techniques, this is a very easy project to complete in half a day - ideal for complete beginners.

This workshop is suitable for absolute beginners, but please bear in mind that a certain amount of manual strength and dexterity is required when working with willow.  The projects covered on my workshops have been selected for their relative simplicity and suitability for beginners.  Throughout the workshop students may need to use specialist basketry tools (provided), many of which are either sharp or pointed, so a sensible approach to personal safety is essential!

Class size is limited to 6 participants so that I can provide maximum individual attention.

Refreshments are provided.

A work apron is recommended.
