With St Valentin'es Day just around the corner, make a collection of willow hearts for your loved one(s!). Choose your sizes, either little ones to pop in a card or hang from a door knob, or larger ones to accompany a bouquet of flowers, potted plant gift, or just to hang on the wall as a pretty decoration. You could later decorate them with ribbons and dried flowers.
£35 - includes all materials, use of tools, and refreshments
This workshop is suitable for absolute beginners, but please bear in mind that a certain amount of manual strength and dexterity is required when working with willow. The projects covered on my workshops have been selected for their relative simplicity and suitability for beginners. Throughout the workshop students may need to use specialist basketry tools (provided), many of which are either sharp or pointed, so a sensible approach to personal safety is essential!
Class size is limited to 6 participants so that I can provide maximum individual attention.
Refreshments are provided.
A work apron is recommended.
